It is completely double sealed. When in use, clean and dry all the surfaces of the glass and aluminum strips that need to be bonded to remove dust and oil stains. Use a special hot melt butyl extruder to apply evenly, and extrude at around 125-135 degrees Celsius. The construction environment should not be lower than 5 degrees Celsius.
Butyl rubber used for insulating glass has good resistance to cracking, hardness, and temperature, and has a good barrier effect on the transmission of water vapor.
It can be combined with various two layer sealants to achieve dual layer sealing, including two-component polysulfide sealant, two-component silicone elastic sealant, two-component polyurethane sealant, and single component hot melt adhesive.
